Sri Lanka’s trendiest radio station Fox914 invites all health and fitness enthusiasts to join the Fox914 Crew together with High Octane Fitness, Yeti Isotonic and Nestomalt Plus for ‘Fox914 Boot Camp 3.0’. Boot Camp sessions will be held every Wednesday throughout the month of August (9, 16, 23 and 30) at the Race Course Car Park from 6-7 p.m. with free entrance for all!

This signature fitness event, proudly backed with the support of the Ministry of Sports, is designed to target health conscious Sri Lankans by enhancing their lifestyle and promoting well-being in the community. Previous editions of Fox914 Boot Camp have drawn hundreds of work out enthusiasts from all fitness levels to engage in energetic exercise routines that are fun, fulfilling and challenging. 

Conducted by the highly skilled Spanish fitness trainer and instructor Alberto Ruiz, and his team, from High Octane Fitness, the routines ensure that participants of any age group and fitness level can easily adapt and have a great time. 

Fox914 will be jamming an epic soundtrack to accompany your intense hour long work out session. Music is the key to getting pumped and Fox914 provides the audio boost and good vibes you need to go the distance to reach your fitness goals.
