Hameed Al Husseine College wins Champion Cup

 The Past Prefects Association (PPA) of Zahira College Colombo organized “Zahira Super Sixteen Soccer 7s 2011” tournament for seventh consecutive year at the Zahira College Grounds, Colombo recently, Hameed Al Husseine  College won the  Champion Cup beating De Mezenod College, Kandana 1-0.

Hameed Al Husseine College the winners receiving the Rs. 70,000 cash award and champion trophy from chief guest and main sponsor of the tournament The Phone Company International CEO O.H. Sulaiman. Zahira College Principal Mohamed Jiffry, PPA President M.F. Fazil, Founder President Shahey Faleel, Project Chairman M.Z.M. Zabith and Dialog Senior Manager Rizvi Farook are also in the picture.

 Chief Guest and main sponsor of the tournament The Phone Company International CEO O.H. Sulaiman, Principal, Zahira College Mohamed Jiffry, Group of 90 President  Riza Zarook MMC, Zahira College Sports Council Chairman Tony Amith, Deputy Chairman M.S. Mazeer ,PPA Founder President Shahey Faleel and Dialog Senior Manager Rizvi Farook distributed prizes and certificates. The winners received Rs. 70,000 cash award and champion trophy from chief guest.

 Mohamed Rimzan of Hameedia Al Husseine College received the Most Valuable Player award and Wesley College Colombo received Best Fair Team award at this tournament.
