HSBC-AmCham bowling champions for the 2nd successive year

The second Annual Bowling Tournament organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka was held at the Excel World Entertainment Park, on Friday, 5 August, 2011.

26 teams representing leading organisations participated in this year’s Tournament.

HSBC emerged Champions for the second successive year while Mast Far East (MISA ‘A’) and Mast Far East (MISA ‘B’) were the first and second Runner-Up respectively.  

Dinuka Wickramanayake of MISA ‘A’ was adjudged Best Player-Male and Vindhya Jayasuriya from HSBC emerged as the Best Player -Female

The tournament was a display of talent where the participating teams exhibited characteristics of true sportsmanship. It also provided an ideal opportunity to facilitate networking and fellowship among the participating companies.

The success of this second event has provided encouragement to AmCham to organise similar events of this nature in the future.
