Huawei powers 23rd edition of Fox Hill Supercross

Huawei, the leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider and the number two smartphone brand in Sri Lanka, came forth as the main sponsor for the premier racing event in Sri Lanka Fox Hill Supercross 2015. In its 23rd edition the Fox Hill Supercross will flag off on 18 April. The sponsorship was handed over by Huawei Sri Lanka CEO Daniel Sun at a press conference held in Galadari Hotel Colombo. Huawei Device Country Head Consumer Business Group (BG) Henry Liu was also present at the event. The 23rd edition of the Fox Hill Supercross takes place at the home of the Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) in the scenic hill station of Diyatalawa. The Supercross, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Association of Racing Drivers and Riders (SLARDAR), is organised to raise funds for the development of infrastructure facilities of the Military Academy. Huawei recently tied up with the first American sports club, Washington Redskins NFL team last month. The company has been supporting the Canberra Raider of the NRL since 2012.
