IFS employees revel in their athletic prowess on sports day

IFS Sri Lanka employees battled for the ‘Iron Throne’ at the recently held IFS sports day. Four teams, namely Baratheon, Lannister, Stark, and Targaryen depicting four noble houses in the popular ‘Game of Thrones’ TV series, faced off with athletic prowess and team spirit during the action packed sports day at Havelock Grounds, Colombo.
The day’s events comprised of competitive games of cricket, netball, archery, tap rugby, mixed relays, carom and badminton. IFS employees tapped into their creative mastery to compete in the ‘hail the throne’ championship and the castle deco event. Team Lannister became the overall champions while Baratheon emerged the runners up. Targareyn bagged the second runners up position beating the Starks.
