Japan win ARC Top 3

Japan won this year’s Asia Rugby Championship Top 3, beating both Hong Kong and South Korea twice in home and away encounters. 

Hong Kong stamped their class when they beat South Korea in their two games 34-27 and 41-15. This leaves South Korea last in the ARC Top 3. 

This will mean that the South Koreans play Division I champions Malaysia in a pair of home and away games to determined the Top 3 event’s third team for 2017. The dates of these two games will be announced by Asia Rugby later this year. (SJ)
