Kandy SC to participate at inaugural Asia Rugby Western Clubs Champions League

Kandy Sports Club, defending League, Clifford Cup and Inter Club Sevens champions will represent at Asian Rugby’s Inaugural Asia Rugby Western Clubs Championship League Men’s fifteen a side tournament which will be worked off from 11 to 18 September in the Middle East

The Asia Rugby Western Clubs Champions League is set to take place featuring four champion clubs from their most recent respective Cross Border or Domestic Competitions in the UAE-Gulf, Sri Lanka and Kazakhstan. The following four clubs will play against each other for the right to call themselves for the following year Champion Rugby Club in Western Asia:

Abu Dhabi Saracens RFC-Asia Rugby West 2014/15 Cup Champions

Doha RFC-Asia Rugby West 2015 Gulf Top 6 Champions

Kandy SC- Sri Lanka Rugby League 2014/15 Champions

Olymp RFC- Kazakhstan National League 2014 Champions
