Khan defeats Alexander in unanimous decision

Amir Khan defeated Devon Alexander by unanimous decision Saturday (December 13) night in a 12 round WBC silver welterweight fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The 28-year-old Khan easily won with judges’ scorecards of 119-109, 118-110, and 120-108 to improve his record to 29 wins and 3 losses with 19 knockouts. American Alexander fell to 26 wins and 3 losses with 14 knockouts.
