Kingswood win Under-18 title

Kingswood College outclassed the much-fancied Isipathana College 21-5 in the Cup finals of the Milo Under-18 Rugby league tournament.

St. Joseph’s College, with the help of a second half rally, beat St. John’s College Nugegoda 38-3 to win the Plate segment of the competition while Trinity College proved that they will be no pushovers in the coming season as they outclassed hometown rivals Vidyartha 41-7.

In the Shield category Maliyadeva trounced Moratuwa Vidyalaya 44-0.
