Kumar Sangakkara scores 53rd first-class 100

Kumar Sangakkara on Wednesday scored his 53rd first-class 100 during the County Championship match between Surrey and Kent at The Oval.

His elegant innings of 110, made from 183 balls across four and a quarter hours, included a six and ten fours and helped build Surrey’s score of 311 against Kent’s first innings total of 336.
