With the Cricket World Cup fever heating up, a unique cricket game has been made especially for Sri Lankan cricket supporters. The pioneers of mobile gaming in Sri Lanka GTS (http://games.lk) will be releasing its latest game titled ‘Lions Roar’ to the public this month.
The user would be able to play as the Sri Lankan Cricket Team and play against the top seven cricketing nations who will also be featured in the 2015 Cricket World Cup. The user can play some lovely realistic cricketing shots in the game and with each shot be able to see some eye-catching comic type graphics.
Keeping the gameplay intense, user is able to play five, 10 and 15 overs and try to gather or chase the runs scored by the opposition. In order to encourage multiple plays and to create competitiveness, the leaderboard will keep track of the highest scores.

The game is available on multiple platforms so that it gets maximum users to play the game.
Android: The game will be available for free download for Android smartphone users via Google Play Store.
Facebook: The game can also be played via Facebook. Scores can be shared on the user’s Facebook wall as well as encourage his/her friends to also play the game.
PC/Mac: Astand alone executable version will also be available for those interested in playing on their PC and Mac

GTS (Gamos Technology Solutions) is a Sri Lankan game development studio located in Dehiwala. Formed in 2007, the company has primarily worked on mobile games, most notably the ‘Colombo Ride’ game series which is the first Sinhala mobile game to be created.
The second instalment, Colombo Ride 2.0 won ‘Best in South Asia’ at the mBillionth awards held in New Delhi, India in 2010. The third instalment, Colombo Ride 3D won a top five nomination at Mashable Awards 2010 but lost to vividly popular Angry Birds mobile game by Rovio.
A 3D racing game called ‘Colombo Racer’ was also released in November 2014 and as of 20 January had over 10,000 downloads on Google Play Store.
