Lyceum Nugegoda runners up at All-Island Schools Under-19 Girls ‘B’ Division Basketball Tournament

At the All-Island Schools Girls Under-19 ‘B’ Division Basketball Tournament Lyceum International School Nugegoda performed well to emerge runners up. The final match was a very hard fought match between Lyceum International School Nugegoda and Presbyterian Girls School Dehiwela, with the game going into three extra times as the score was equal on four times. The final score was 68/65.
Binadi Diddeniya was adjudged the Best Defensive Player, and Sharanya Jayakody scored 20 points.
Lyceum International School Nugegoda team was captained by Aaliya Hafeez and Coached by Niluk Dhananjaya. The teachers in charge were Vanessa Labrooy and Dharshani Cooke.
