Lyceum Nugegoda wins U15 Boys Badminton Championship

The Under 15 Boys of Lyceum International School Nugegoda performed extremely well to emerge champions in the ‘D’ Division of the All Island Schools Under 15 Doubles Badminton Championship held at Maliyadeva College Kurunegala recently. The championship was organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Badminton Association. At the tournament Lyceum Nugegoda beat St. Peters College Gampaha, Welagedara Maha Vidyalaya Kurunegala and St. Anes College Kurunegala. At the final match Lyceum beat Sri Sumangala College, Panadura.

The team was coached by Ms. Kaushalya Dissanayake, Mr. Harsha Hettiarachchi & Mr. Bimal Kothalawala. The Teacher in Charge is Ms. Dilani Bastiansz.
