Markss Healthcare wins BioMedical Engineering six-a-side cricket tournament

Markss Healthcare, a leading pharmaceutical company in Sri Lanka won the 3rd annual six-a-side cricket tournament organised by the BioMedical Engineering Services department of the Ministry of Health. 27 teams within the pharmaceutical industry took part in this annual cricket tournament which was held at the Wesley College grounds, Colombo.

Markss Healthcare won the prestigious challenge trophy after a much sorted contest defeating Mervyn & Sons, Access International, Macwoods, Surgicare (Pvt.) Ltd., BioMedical Engineering Services and Biomed International. The final encounter was a spectacular contest between Markss Healthcare and Biomed International, but the results favoured the better performed team of the day, Markss Healthcare with the championship trophy.
