Marrikar to coach CR&FC this season

Former Trinity, Kandy, Sri Lanka Sevens and Fifteens player Imthisam Marrikar will be the Head Coach of CR&FC this year. 

Marrikar, who rendered yeoman service for CR&FC last year, will oversee several outstanding players set to join the club for the 2015/2016 season.

Former Vidyartha, Navy and Sri Lanka Sevens player Jason Dissanayake, former Trinity, Up-Country Lions and Army player Sheshan Mohamed, former Army player Prince Chamara, Former Peterite and Army player Bhanuka Nanayakkara and Royal Number 8 and leading try-scorer Supun Warunakulasuriya will play for the Red Shirts this season. 

The Longdon Place club will be led by second-rower Ishan Noor, who had an outstanding season last year as well for CR&FC. CR will miss out on the services of Vishwamithra Jayasinghe, who crossed over to the Kandy Sports Club this season.
