Mercantile annual Hockey 7s on Sunday

The 36th annual 7-a-side tournament of the Mercantile Hockey Association will be held on Sunday from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at the P. Sara Oval.

The five finals will be held from 3.30 p.m. onwards and the A final at 4.45 pm. The Award Ceremony for the League, Knock-out and seven a-side will held at 6.15 p.m. The tournament is sponsored by Brown and Company Plc.

The Divisions and their respective teams are “A” Division comprises HNB-A, Seylan, Sampath, Commercial Bank and HSBC.    “B” Division comprises Singer, HNB B, Unilever, Commercial Bank B, and Airport & Aviation.    “C” Division comprises Browns, AWD, Hayleys Group, and Singer B.    

D Division comprises Arpico, Aviva NDB, Standard Chartered, and Janashakthi Group. E Division comprises Hilton Colombo, WSO2 and Glaxo- Smithkline.
