This year’s Mercantile Volleyball Tournament begins on 16 August with the preliminary round games being held over two days – Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August at the National Youth Services Council courts at Maharagama. Over 100 teams are participating and they have been divided into three groups. The opening ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday 16 August. The Mercantile Volleyball Association extends a warm welcome to the general public.
