Mihin Lanka hosts Indonesian cycling enthusiasts in Sri Lanka

Mihin Lanka, Sri Lanka’s national low cost carrier proudly hosted a group of cycling enthusiasts who flew to Sri Lanka recently from Medan, Indonesia. The group ofcyclists commenced their cycling tour from Hambantota and travelled to the South of Sri Lanka, where they cycled through Negombo and ended their journey in Colombo.The coordination of the tour was handled by Lanka Sportreizen. Cycling is one of the most popular recreational sports in Indonesia, where many people are health conscious and exercise or cycle to stay fit. Many cycling enthusiasts in Indonesia have even formed cycling groups called ‘Bike to Work’ which promote cycling as a healthy, affordable and environmentally-friendly mode of transport.
