Kandy, the rugby-crazy city, will host the Milo Under-16 Rugby Tournament which will consist of 32 teams on 23 and 24 August.
The opening day will see the tournament being kicked off at Nittawela Rugby Grounds and Bogambara Stadium. The final day’s proceedings will take place at the Bogambara Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Under-18 school league will continue on 18 August with two matches down for decision. In the first match St. Sylvester’s College will meet Kingswood while Trinity will meet Vidyartha in the second encounter. Both games will be played at the Bogambara Stadium.
Three days later (21 August), Kingswood will lock horns with the Katugastota Antonians in the first game. Later in the day Trinity will face the Rajans.
