MoneyGram Bowling Challenge winner flies to India to take part in ICC World T20 2016

MoneyGram, an official sponsor for the ICC World T20 2016, recently concluded the ‘MoneyGram Bowling Challenge’ at the Galle International Cricket Ground. 

In a bid to find the fastest bowler in the country, the ‘MoneyGram Bowling Challenge’ was launched by MoneyGram in February and sought to reward him/her with two tickets to India to take part in the ICC World T20 2016 in India. Nuwan Kularathne from Colombo was awarded as the final winner of the competition with a recorded bowling speed of 140 kmph, and thus extended with this exclusive opportunity. 

The competition was an island-wide initiative organised with the assistance of national coaches, officials and staff, and was carried out at international cricket stadiums across the country.
