Navy Sports Club continued their winning form in the Inter Club league when they outclassed Police SC in a second half burst to win by 41 points (6 tries, 4 conversions, 1 penalty) to 28 points (3 tries, 2 conversions, 3 penalties) in their rugby encounter which concluded at Welisara yesterday.

With this bonus point win, Sailors will continue to occupy the number one slot with Havies.

The referee was Irshard Cader.

Hard fought win for CR

In another Inter Club rugby encounter, CR & FC beat Air Force by 34 points (6 tries, 2 conversions) to 22 points (4 tries, 1 conversion) at Ratmalana yesterday.The referee was Aruna Rankothge.

Today, defending league champions Kandy SC will host Army SC at Nittawela with the kick-off scheduled at 4 p.m.

The referee will be Priyantha Gunaratne.
