Nugegoda Lyceum Girls EMERGE Netball champions

At the recently concluded inter-international schools U13 Netball Tournament, Lyceum International School Nugegoda Girls team emerged champions. The tournament was organised by Leighton Park International School and was held at the Shalika Ground.

Lyceum Nugegoda Girls, after beating several international schools, came up to the finals; and at the finals they beat Lyceum Wattala in an exciting game.

Binadi Diddeniya of Lyceum Nugegoda was adjudged the Netball Queen while Yischelle Lianne of the same school, was awarded Best Shooter. The team was coached by Biyanka Wathukara and Nilanthi Kothalawala and the teacher in charge was Darshika Kudaligama.
