Old Bens’ get-together

Old Benedictines 60s and above in age will hold their annual get-together on Sunday 16 August at Palm Village Hotel Uswetikeiyawa commencing 10 a.m.

This annual event was spear headed by Old Bens namely John Fernando, Tilak Pieries, Jerry Nanayakkara, Prema Cooray, Eraj Abeywardena, Dencil Perera, Gamini Kannangara and Emil Kronemberg. Last year the get-together culminated very successfully where close to 200 Oldie Bens in the said age group participated.

The importance of this year’s get-together is to add salt to the ongoing celebrations of the college’s existence in Sri Lanka for the past 150 years. 

The organising committee takes this opportunity to invite the Oldie Bens of this age group to contact the undermentioned, enabling them to make reservations for lunch, etc. with the hotel: John Fernando 0777619637, Gamini Kannangara 0777753660 and Tilak Pieries 0722744598 on or before 12 August.
