People’s Bank holds Colombo Sports meet

People’s Bank recently held its Colombo sports meet organized by the People’s Bank Sports Club. Held at the Colombo CCC grounds events included Cricket, Volleyball, Football, Netball, Track and Field events and inter-club ‘tug-o-war’ competitions as well as special sports events for children. Teams representing Colombo North Regional, Colombo South Regional, Head Office, and Corporate Banking divisions of People’s Bank took part while the Head Office team emerged as the champions and the Colombo South team claimed the runner-up title. The event was attended by Chairman of People’s Bank, Gamini Sedara Senarath, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of People’s Bank, N. Vasantha Kumar together with the corporate and executive management and the staff of People’s Bank with their family members.
