Peterites clinch Milo Under 16 rugby

Under 16 Milo Schools Rugby Champions St Peter's with  their trophy

 St Peter’s College sent a sound warning when they claimed the Schools  Under 16 All-island 12-a-side rugby tournament which was conducted at the Bogambara Stadium in Kandy yesterday. Peterites edge out Royal by 5/0 in the grand final. In total 31 teams participated in this two day tournament where the initial day matches took place at Nittawela and the Bogambara Stadium. Nestle once again sponsored this event.

Kingswood beat Wesley 14/12 to secure Plate trophy, Joes beat D S 19/5 (Bowl) and the Shield was accounted by Ananda defeating their traditional rivals Nalanda 20 to nothing.
