Rugby star Sanjeewa Jayasingha hangs up his boots

Kandy rugby star and former Sri Lanka captain Sanjeewa Jayasingha hangs up his boots as his 12 year rugby career draws to a close. This dashing wing three quarter who gained his education at Science College was awarded Rs. 100,000 by Asian Finance Limited CEO Sanathana Dalugoda during the Asian Finance Rugby Sevens which was held at the Science College grounds recently.

Sanjeewa made a magnanimous gesture by presenting the said amount to his alma mater Science College Mt. Lavinia for the development of the Science College Grounds.
