Seylan Bank shines at badminton & table tennis mercantile championships

Seylan Bank, one of the leading banks in Sri Lanka, once again proved their outstanding skills at the 33rd Mercantile Individual Badminton Open Championship and Mercantile League Table Tennis Championship held recently. 

In badminton, Lasindu Nimsara became the Runner-up in the Plate category of the Men’s Open (Singles), Renu Chandrika De Silva emerged as the Champion in the Women’s Over-35 (Singles) and Pameesha Dishanthi as the Runner-up in the same category. In table tennis, the men’s team emerged ‘A’ Division Champions, beating Commercial Credit (3-1) and MAS holdings (3-2) while the women’s ‘A’ Division outfit emerged as the Runners-up.
