Sri Lanka Cricket wishes to announce that the Executive Committee met with all the controlling and affiliated Clubs and requested them to submit proposals in order to develop the infrastructure and the development of cricket of their respective clubs.
They also took into consideration those clubs without grounds and other facilities for which provision was made to cover the cost of practice facilities and away matches.
The clubs forwarded their proposals of their planned projects to the Executive Committee for their perusal.
The National Development Committee headed by SLC President Jayantha Dharmadasa compiled a document based on all the proposed projects and the Executive Committee decided to provide the following grant to the clubs.
Sri Lanka Cricket would monitor the projects which will be carried out at the respective clubs
The distribution of the grants took place with the President Secretary and the officials of the Executive Committee in attendance.
