Sri Lanka Pakistan Friendship Sports Gala 2013 on Saturday

The Sri Lanka Pakistan Friendship Association, in collaboration with Pakistan High Commission in Sri Lanka and the Malay Cricket Club is organizing the 2013 Sports Gala on Saturday, 21st September 2013, at the Malay Cricket Club grounds, Padang, Slave Island.
The Supreme Court Judge, Justice Salim Marsoof & Mrs. Marsoof are the Chief Guests while the High Commissioner of Pakistan Gen. Qasim Qureshi & Mrs. Qureshi will be the Guests of Honour.
The Sports Gala will feature number of activities including 3 friendly cricket matches for men, women and children teams.
The event will also include various interesting activities like Tug of War (Males) (Females) (Children), Breaking the Pot etc. This event aims to foster friendship and fellowship amongst the Sri Lankans and the Pakistani Community in Sri Lanka.
The Sri Lanka Pakistan Friendship Association invites all Pakistanis in Sri Lanka, along with all members of the Sri Lanka Pakistan Friendship Association as well as Malay Cricket Club to attend this event, together with their family members. The entrance for the Sports Gala is Free and both Pakistani and Sri Lankan Food will be available for all to enjoy.
The Sri Lanka Pakistan Friendship Association is one of the oldest Friendship Association of Srilanka which was established 63years back in 1950. The Association has been able to establish itself as a useful platform, dedicated to the promotion of bilateral relationship and friendship between the two brotherly countries of Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
