Taj Samudra – Home of the Jaffna Challengers 2012

Carlton rugby 7s, the biggest and most popular rubgy encounter of Sri Lanka is an annual event consisting of 10 teams battling for the Carlton championship title. The 10 teams represent different provinces of Sri Lanka. This year, like previous years, Sri Lankans in every corner of the isle are excited to be a part of this sensation.

The Taj Samudra – one of Colombo’s most luxurious, spacious and welcoming hotels, which is always described as a home away from home, is proud to be the Official Hotel Partner of Jaffna Challengers 2012. The team consists of Setefano Osonamoli Cakaunivalu, Ratu Osea Ramodi  Kolinisau, Ratu Taniela Rawaqa Maravunawasa and Rokobaiu Nasoni from Fiji.  Yoshitha Rajapaksha , Thilina Weerasinghe, Rehan Weerarakon, Niranjan Wickramaratna, Dulip Methruam, Eranda Weerakodi  and Merk Silva of Sri lanka Navy. And Shamrock Arbeer of CH & FC.

The team will reside at the Hotel, for almost a week during the event.
