The Old Boys Union of St. Peter’s College is organising the 3rd Peterite Walk on 13 May 2012 (Sunday).
This mega event is being supported by the Rector of St. Peter’s College, the Parent Teachers Association and the Welfare Society of the College.
The Peterite Walk is being organised mainly for the purpose of raising funds for the renovation/refurbishment of the College Chapel.
The day’s proceedings will commence with mass concelebrated by the College priest community and the old Peterite priest community which will then be followed by the Walk and will end at the College grounds where a load of fun events are being planned to entertain all who participate at the Walk.
A special T-shirt and cap are being put out for the event and can be purchased from the College gym and also from any O.B.U. committee member.
In addition to the T-shirts and caps that are on sale there will be other items will also be on sale before and on the day of the event. This project is one of the many projects organised by the Old Boys Union to support the College besides the other projects already completed over the past two years. The organising Committee is also pleased to announce that the first substantial contribution has come in from the Josephian Peterite Alumni Association Toronto and was officially handed over to the Rector recently.
It is certainly a day not to be missed by all Peterites, parents of students and well-wishers of the College.
