Trinity rugby outfit in action at Pallekelle today

Trinity College Old Boys vs. Present Boys Rugby encounter will take place today at the Trinity Rugby Stadium Pallekelle. Kick-off is scheduled at 4 pm.   

This traditional encounter is played for the Rev. A.G.Fraser Trophy. The Man of the Match will be presented with the Colonel Bertie Dias Challenge Trophy. Old Boys will be captained by Basu Karunathilake who was the vice-captain of the 2014 outfit. Skipper, Tharinda Ratwatte who led Trinity in 2014 will not be available due to his commitment with CR & FC. Present Boys will be led by Hooker, Nathan Yee. 

This year Trinity has a young side and coached by former New Zealand sevens sensation, Lote Raikabula. 

One of the old Boys who is a leading referees in UAE, Shakeel Ahmed will be the referee for this game.
