A simple ceremony was held at the Principal’s bungalow on 2 November 2013 when the entire President’s Trophy Champion 1st XV Wesley rugby team led by Rahul De Silva was honoured by the OWSC with a fully paid trip to Malaysia.
The team including officials was sponsored through generous donations made by passionate Old Wesleyites who came forward when the call was sounded.
The ceremony was followed with tea.
