Zahira College G90 Annual Sports Festival tomorrow

The Group of 90 (G90) of Zahira College will hold their sixth Annual Sports Festival 2012 tomorrow, 14 October, from 8 a.m. onwards at the college grounds.

Tipped as one of the biggest events of the year in the College event calendar, it has been able to attract many old and present boys of the school in proving their sports prowess whilst enjoying a fellowship.

Zahira College Colombo is one of the driving forces behind the nation’s education and sporting success. In keeping with its mission, the G90s actively promote the college as an essential educational philosophy. The college has produced many great professionals and sportsmen and will continue to do so in the many years to come. The Sports Festival is a key project the G90s have undertaken in order to uplift and enhance good morals through sports whilst raising funds for the betterment of the school. Believing in sport, in any form, the core principle being discipline, the G90 strives to contribute to the development of the schools efforts in producing and grooming better future adults which will contribute towards the nation as a whole.

The Organising Committee invites all old boys and especially members of Group of 90 to enjoy a good day of sportsmanship and take part in the fellowship.
