ALFT Packaging Company, a pioneering manufacturer of Flexible packaging solutions in Sri Lanka, has triumphed at the prestigious Sri Lanka Packaging Awards 2024 – Lanka Star, winning an impressive array of awards across multiple categories.
The awards ceremony, which followed the packaging industry expo, honoured ALFT for its outstanding achievements, highlighting the company’s current success while positioning it as a forward-thinking leader in the packaging sector. The accolades also recognised ALFT’s contribution to the packaging industry as it continues to push the boundaries in packaging designs and functionality.
With an impressive collection of 14 awards across multiple categories, ALFT has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence in Flexible packaging design and innovation, showcasing remarkable versatility and expertise across various flexible packaging domains.
The company’s achievements included two Gold awards in food packaging and food saving categories, endorsing its innovative approach to packaging solutions.
Additionally, ALFT secured seven Silver awards, in categories such as food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cosmetics, industrial products, flexible materials, transportation, accessories, and marketing. The company also received five Bronze awards, further strengthening its position as a leader in the packaging industry.

The Lanka Star Awards, organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging, aims to recognize, and reward enterprises that stimulate interest in improving packaging standards in Sri Lanka. Established in 1987, the awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the packaging industry and provide winners the opportunity to compete in international competitions including the World Star and Asia Star Awards.
