Shihana Cader, Public Relations & Premium Services Manager of Singapore Airlines, marks 25 years of service to the world’s most awarded airline.
She was given the opportunity to join the Reservations department of SIA right after finishing her school career at St. Clare’s College, Colombo 06 and later went on to become the Reservations Manager.
Her aptitude for leadership resulted in the setting up and managing of the Public Relations department of SIA. She has also been tasked with managing the personalized services provided to SIA’s premium passengers and handling customer complaints and compliments.
Throughout the years, she has been able to handle the needs of various passengers with great aplomb. She is very confident that she will be able to continue her high standard of service in the years to come.
