3rd batch of students receive certificates from Harpo’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management

The 3rd batch of students who followed the F&B service certificate program with Harpo’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management received their certificates recently.
This foundation certificate course in food and beverage service gives them the necessary skills, competencies and knowledge in F&B operations.
All students were from the Galle area and have been offered employment at Harpo’s Cafes and Restaurants to obtain their industrial training at The Bayleaf, The Commons, Park Street Mews and Colombo Fort café’.
The school offers students hospitality training in food production, culinary arts, and international cookery and F&B service. The students will now have the option to receive an international certification from City & Guilds, UK and for candidates who wish to further their education with a Diploma in Hospitality Management, they will have the opportunity to gain the Princeton Hotel Management Diploma from Australia. Princeton Institute of Education is a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in suburban Melbourne providing quality education in hospitality, business and English programmes which are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework
Director of the school Asoka Jayawardena, Director Hiran Serasinghe and Galle Branch Course Coordinator Ashan Mendis also attended the presentation.
