The airlines and the tourism industry representatives on Friday had their second meeting chaired by Minister John Amaratunga to discuss cooperation and a cohesive strategy to boost air traffic and tourist arrivals which have declined following the Easter Sunday terror attacks. They will meet again this week to finalise list of specific measures each sector could do to ensure a quicker revival of travel and tourism business in the country.
