Ashen Yuvin Eranda Joseph has been appointed to the Board of The Fortress Resorts PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

The Fortress Resorts PLC is majority owned by Dhammika Perera-controlled Vallibel Group whilst MJF Holdings Ltd., owns 26%.

Ashen is a seasoned business professional and academic with expertise in service management, organisational psychology, and data analysis.

Currently serving as an Academic in Business and Management at the University of Buckingham, England, Ashen has extensive experience in business development, higher education, and operational excellence across diverse industries.

He is pursuing a DPhil in Business by Research, with a focus on service wellbeing in the hospitality sector at the University of Buckingham. Additionally, he holds an MSc in Customer Service Management (Distinction) and a BSc in Psychology (Hons) from the University of Buckingham.
