Avani Kalutara Resort recently announced the opening of its first-ever themed F&B outlet, “Karadiya”, inspired by the rich history of 1800s Ceylon.

This unique dining experience showcases beverages and food pairings made from locally sourced ingredients, including produce from the resort’s own garden, offering guests an authentic taste of local flavours with a modern twist.
