Best Western Elyon Hotel celebrates 4 years of TripAdvisor Excellence Awards

Best Western Elyon Colombo, Sri Lanka’s first-ever Best Western Hotel, has once again been recognised for its exceptional hospitality. The hotel recently celebrated receiving the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award for another consecutive year.

As Sri Lanka’s first ever Best Western Hotel and part of the globally acclaimed hotel chain, Best Western Elyon Colombo had previously received this honour in 2015, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Previous awards include the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award 2015, TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award 2016 and 2017, Agoda Gold Circle Award 2015 and 2017, Booking.com Certificate of Excellence Award 2014 and Make My Trip Partners Award 2017.

The highly-coveted 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence celebrates businesses that have consistently received outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year and continually delivered quality customer experience.

Best Western Elyon Colombo has 60 tastefully designed contemporary rooms, a range of modern facilities, including a stunning rooftop bar. Though being in operation for just four years, the Hotel has continuously raised the benchmark in providing authentic hospitality. 

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and be listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
