Tabula Rasa Resort and Spa, located in the Habaraduwa area of the Southern Province, which has attracted both local and foreign tourists, commenced construction of its newest ultra-luxury unit, the Emerald Suite, celebrating its eighth anniversary.

The Resort is investing a whopping $ 50,000 for the construction of the Emerald Suite, to be built with a view of the Habaraduwa beach in the distance, facing a wonderful green strip of land. It would comprise two rooms with all facilities, a hall, a balcony, two washrooms and a private swimming pool.

Tabula Rasa Resort and Spa, built in the Southern Province with an investment by a Dutch couple in Sri Lanka eight years ago, is located on a breathtaking hilltop in a green environment that attracts tourists in large numbers. Consisting of several units with private swimming pools, Tabula Rasa Resort and Spa has a restaurant serving Sri Lankan as well as oriental and western cuisine, a swimming pool designed in an attractive location with a view of the Habaraduwa beach, and a rooftop bar with fire pit facilities, and a beautiful garden. Chaminda Amarasekara recently assumed duties as the new General Manager of Tabula Rasa Resort and Spa. He expects to bring more local and foreign tourist attractions to the Resort.

Focusing on comfort, freedom and privacy of its guests, Tabula Rasa Resort and Spa is also preparing to introduce a number of special credit card discounts for local tourists.
