Chamber of Tourism and Industry celebrates Independence Day in Arugam Bay

The 72nd Independence Day celebrations organised by the Chamber of Tourism and Industry was held at Arugam Bay on Tuesday. 

Pottuvil Divisional Secretary R. Thiraviyarajah, Pottuvil Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman M.S. Waseeth, and Chamber of Tourism and Industry President A.M. Jaufer were present on the occasion. Hoteliers in Arugam Bay, members of the Tuk Tuk Drivers Association, officials of the security forces stationed in the area, and the general public, attended the ceremony.
