Born into humble beginnings, Peiris’ rise through the ranks of the hospitality world is an inspiration. He has seamlessly integrated his deep understanding of housekeeping with strong business acumen, exemplified by his completion of an MBA from NSBM Green University Town. Prior to earning his MBA, Peiris completed a Professional Diploma in Tourism Management at CTH in the United Kingdom, further solidifying his expertise in the industry.

Moreover, under Peiris’ leadership, Cinnamon Grand Colombo has consistently maintained an exceptional cleanliness score of over 94% during the past 48 months, a testament to his commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
