Cinnamon Serenity Villa in Haldummulla has launched its latest project, a Rs. 100 million-worth investment, aimed at enhancing the luxury boutique experience for its local and foreign guests.
The project involves the addition of five new villas under the luxury boutique category, designed with a strong focus on sustainable practices. They are also pursuing green certification for these new villas, with all necessary applications already submitted.
Situated on a 128-acre estate, the villa boasts 80 acres dedicated to cultivating cinnamon, agarwood, fruits, pepper and rubber.
