Emirates to fly daily to Edinburgh, Scotland on 1 October

Emirates is to launch flights to Edinburgh, Scotland on 1 October 2018.

Edinburgh will be the airline’s second destination in Scotland after Glasgow and its 8th in the United Kingdom.

The Scottish capital is the second most visited city in the UK and offers tourists many spectacular sites to visit such as the city’s Old Town and New Town which are both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is also the first city in the world to be designated a UNESCO City of Literature.

Emirates’ new daily service will be operated by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in a three-class cabin configuration offering 8 private suites in First Class, 42 lie flat seats in Business Class and 304 seats in Economy Class.

Flight EK023 will depart Dubai daily at 09:55 and arrive in Edinburgh at 14:50, while the return flight, EK024 will depart Edinburgh at 20:15 and arrive in Dubai at 06:40 the following day.

To celebrate the launch, Emirates is offering special fares starting from AED 2,495 (about £528) until 10 September 2018 for travel between 1 October and 31 May 2019. Terms and conditions apply.
