Emirates unveils more ‘early bird’ fares in Colombo starting at just Rs. 59,300

• Valid for tickets purchased between 9 and 21 November, for travel between 1 December and 31 March 2022

As restrictions continue to ease regionally and globally, Emirates is inviting Sri Lankans to be the “early birds” in fulfilling their long-suppressed yearnings to travel, with another special fare promotion exclusive to the island’s residents.

Applicable for tickets purchased between 9 and 21 November, these special fares will be valid for travel to 120 destinations on the Emirates network, anytime between 1 December and 31 March 2022, the award-winning airline said.

Covering Economy and Business Class travel, these special all-inclusive fares start at $ 292 (just Rs. 59,300 at current rates of exchange) on Economy Class to Dubai, $ 607 (approximately Rs. 123,300) to Paris, $ 586 (about Rs. 119,000) to Milan, $ 601 (about Rs. 122,100) to Rome and $ 802 (about Rs. 162,900) to London. All fares in Rupees are subject to the rate of exchange on the day of purchase.

Business Class fares to these destinations start at $ 1,217 (approximately Rs. 247,300) to Dubai, $ 1,968 (about Rs. 399,900) to London, $ 2,271 (about Rs. 461,400) to Rome, $ 2,283 (Rs. 463,900) to Paris and $ 2,609 (Rs 530,100) to Milan.

Emirates flights can be booked on its website, via travel agents or the Emirates Sales Office in Colombo.
