In a landmark moment for Sri Lanka’s blooming tourism industry, a special incentive group comprising 126 distinguished participants is set to explore our island nation over the course of a seven-day tour.
Upon arrival the group was welcomed by the ground handling agent, Connaissance De Ceylan and the presence of the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau General Manager Chrishantha Fernando added an extra touch of prestige to the occasion, as guests were presented with enticing gifts to mark their arrival.

Connaissance De Ceylan Chairman Chandra Wickramasinghe emphasised the growing potential for incentive tourism in the country. “The increase of seating to Sri Lanka via the Middle East has created a high potential for incentives in Sri Lanka. The increase of direct flights from Europe will no doubt increase the country’s appeal further,” he said.
