Kosala appointed Eastern Province Tourism Authority Chief

Business leader Kosala Wickramanayake has been appointed the new Chairman of the Eastern Province Tourism Authority by Eastern Province Governor Rohitha Bogollagama. 

Wickramanayake is a well-known entrepreneur and businessmen. A past pupil of Royal College Colombo, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rockford University in the US. He was a Board Member of the Sri Lanka Tourism Board and a Director at the Airport and Aviation Services. Presently, he serves as a member of the SAARC Tourism Council.

The Eastern Province is one of the best tourism destinations in the country with a 465 km costal belt and luxurious beach. Governor Bogollagama has a vision to develop the tourism industry and take it to the next level.
