Mount Lavinia Hotel is gearing up to host its second Slow Food event of the year showcasing the culinary delights of Slovenia - “Slow Food Slovenia” featuring renowned guest chef, Tatjana Butul. The event is scheduled to take place on 22 February 2024 at the Horizon Rooftop.
The culinary skills of Tatjana Butul will be showcased at the event while promoting the values of the Slow Food movement. Guests can look forward to a gastronomic experience that is not only delicious but also sustainable and locally sourced. Tatjana Butul who owns a family farm and restaurant; The Butul Guesthouse, is known for her passion for food and her commitment to preserving traditional Istrian cuisine. After spending 20 years working in a pharmacy office, she decided to embrace her family tradition and work on the Istrian soil, cultivating grapes, olive trees, fruits, and vegetables.
